Hotel de Cavoye

Steps away from the Castle of Fontainebleau is the luxurious Hotel de Cavoye. The hotel boasts a lovey restaurant and bar, breakfast, and concierge services to help you around the wonderful town of Fontainebleau. Rooms start at around 164€.

Hotel le Richelieu

Hotel Le Richelieu is a bright and hip hotel in the center of Fontainebleau. The property also has a small but authentic French bistro and a vintage decorated wine-bar. Steps away from the cafes and restaurants of Fontainebleau, this hotel is a great option for those who want to see the tastes and sips of the city! Rooms start at around 99€.

Hotel Molitor

Hotel Molitor is a historic yet hip hotel sitting just outside the peripherique of Paris. It is home to Paris's largest and oldest swimming pool that is open year round. While it is a metro ride away from Paris's biggest attractions, it is a fun spot to come back to for an evening swim! (It is also a family favorite: Emma's parents love it!) Rooms start at around 300€.

WILL THE CEREMONY BE OUTDOORS?

the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, followed by dinner and dancing indoors.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

the dress code is formal attire. as it will be late summer, we recommend mid to long dresses, suits, and something to cover up when the sun goes down!

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE CEREMONY?

we love your children! however, we kindly ask that this be an adults-only celebration, with the exception of those participating in the ceremony and breastfeeding infants.

CAN I TAKE PHOTOS DURING THE CEREMONY?

we kindly ask that there are no phones & cameras during our wedding ceremony.

WILL THERE BE PARKING AVAILABLE?

parking at La Papote is limited. we suggest carpooling, walking if staying near by, or utilizing public transportation. Uber and other ride services may be limited!

WILL THERE BE VEGAN/GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS?

yes! we will be working with a chef to curate a seasonal menu that caters to the dietary needs given to us through your RSVPs.

our ceremony will take place at our favorite restaurant: La Papote! the restaurant is located in the village of Bourron-Marlotte, famous for having hosted artists such as Cézanne and Monet. La Papote is a family owned farm-to-table restaurant where we have spent many a summer day playing pétanque and dreaming up our wedding together! we can't wait to share this special place with you.
